Account Manager

Janitronics Building Services is seeking an Account Manager in the janitorial services industry to join our dynamic team in the Natick area. We are seeking candidates with the right balance of leadership and management skills, along with superior customer service skills.

Overview

As an Account Manager, you will have responsibility for overseeing the operational aspects and services levels delivered to one of our major clients. You will be responsible for overseeing everything from quality control, project management and most importantly, client relationships. This position will report directly to the Account Manager and work alongside a team of industry experts as we expand our market share in the coming years.

Responsibilities

Customer Service:

  • Serves as the client’s organizational representative.
  • Ensures we, Janitronics Building Services, fulfill all of our contractual obligations, commitments and promises to the client.
  • Identifies opportunities to help support client goals and initiatives.
  • Identifies potential account challenges, communicates to the Janitronics Building Services team in order to find and implement solution.
  • Ensures client relationship and service delivery are meeting or exceeding expectations.

 

Financial:

  • Assist in creating annual budget.
  • Manage contractual labor hours budget.
  • Create client additional service proposals.

 

Operations:

  • Directly oversee campus day staff.
  • Manage the campus Quality Assurance program.
  • Understand and report on program Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
  • Manage client janitorial supply inventory.
  • Manage janitorial department work orders.
  • Create program presentations for Monthly Operations Meetings and Quarterly Partnership Reviews.

 

Business Development:

  • Assist in providing business development support to the Janitronics Building Services Business Development and Marketing team, this may include:
    • Participate in prospective client meetings and surveys
    • Participate in prospective client proposals
    • Lead base business growth proposals
    • Industry participation, as a Janitronics Building Services Team member

 

Organizational Initiatives:

  • Lead and/or assist in Janitronics Building Services initiatives, this may include:
    • Training Program
    • Quality Assurance Program
    • Environmental Sustainability and Governance (ESG)
    • Financial Reporting
    • Client Communication Reporting

 

Requirements

Experience Requirements:

  • 5 plus years of industry experience or equivalent
  • Career track record of successful performance
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Bilingual is ideal
  • Industry certifications preferred

 

Job Type: Full-time

Occasional off hours and weekends to include:

  • Emergency response
  • Project work
  • Client and industry evening events
