Lead Custodial Technician

Janitronics Building Services is seeking a Lead Custodial Technicians in the janitorial services industry with experience in cleaning to join our dynamic team in the Metrowest, MA area. We are seeking candidates with the right balance of skills along with superior customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities and tasks:

• • Ensure that all practices, procedures, standards and regulations set forth by the client’s manufacturing, quality, materials management and EH&S departments are performed in a responsible manner to guarantee a clean, safe environments.
  • Clean and maintain classified cleanrooms and controlled areas on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, following cleaning standard operating procedures set forth by the client’s manufacturing department.
  • Must be able to work standing, bending and reaching overhead.
  • Ability to lift 40lbs routinely.
  • Reliable mode of transportation.
  • Knowledge of Life Science and Cleanroom Operations is preferred.
  • Must be able to read and correspond in English.

Janitronics Building Services, Inc. – based in Waltham Massachusetts – is an established and growing janitorial, commercial cleaning, and building services management firm. This position will be located at one our client’s campus sites in the Framingham, MA area.
