Connie Correia

Connie Correia brings over 35 years of leadership in the janitorial, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries to Janitronics. As the Director of Quality and Compliance, Connie oversees the company’s adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) associated with cleaning and disinfectant services across all life science facilities. She plays a key role in maintaining compliance with the FDA, ISO, and other global regulatory authorities, ensuring that GMP cleaning and sanitization activities meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Connie has conducted many quality audits to ensure Janitronics meets stringent industry regulations. She has also implemented the Janitronics’ Life Science Quality Audit program, which has improved the company’s operational efficiency. Connie is known for her collaborative approach, working closely with the internal operations team and client partners to address quality and compliance issues proactively.

Connie’s background includes roles in GMP manufacturing operations, supply chain management, customer service call center management, and quality management at life sciences and janitorial companies. She is an active member of industry associations, including:
