Vice President of Life Sciences
Daniel Soares began his journey at Janitronics as an Area Manager, became the Director of Operations for Life Sciences, and is now the Vice President of the Life Sciences Division. Over the years, he cultivated robust client and internal relationships while deepening his laboratory and GMP cleaning expertise. Currently, Daniel oversees operational and service quality for Life Science Division clients.
Daniel is a subject matter expert in current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) for cleanrooms, R&D labs, facilities, and vivariums. He creates and supports operational efficiency initiatives to assess cGMP compliance, identify areas for improvement, and maintain regulatory compliance for our Life Science clients. He has proudly contributed to the development of the Life Sciences Division, by enhancing the LMS Life Sciences curriculum content, implementing the Life Science Training Center GMP New Hire Onboarding Program, and Respiratory Protection Safety Program.
Daniel’s leadership style is rooted in open communication and mutual respect. He fosters an environment where ideas are shared freely, and every team member feels valued. With a detail-oriented approach, dedication to continuous learning, and commitment to enhancing operational efficiency, Daniel has consistently guided his teams toward success.
He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Framingham State University and a Professional Certificate in Project Management from UMass Lowell.
