David Connolly

David Connolly, Janitronics’ President and COO, began with the company in 1992. He has grown with the company since then, working his way up from administrative work at one of our flagship accounts to holding the director role of the organization at the company’s headquarters in Waltham.

In his current role, David manages the company’s existing client portfolio and focuses on growth strategies. He works on scaling up the company’s capacity in all areas and ensuring that all the essential resources are in place to capture opportunities for growth, while preserving the company’s reputation for quality and optimal service. His goal is to provide the best balance of staffing, materials, and resources for every client property, which enhances the value of those assets.

With his long tenure, David knows exactly what clients expect—clean, safe, and attractive workplaces. His mission is to ensure that Janitronics delivers on and exceeds that expectation. He lives by the company’s philosophy of delivering the highest quality of service. Throughout his years at Janitronics, he’s held many client-facing positions and he knows what it takes to get it right.

David also embodies the company’s dedication to talent development and growth. He is on a mission to cultivate a team of best-in-class professionals who can thrive in their roles. He hires people who will feel a sense of belonging in the company culture, which is exemplified by the lengthy tenure of many employees. David believes that the company can change lives both for customers and the Janitronics team.
