Donald Brecher is Janitronics’ Founder and Chief Executive Officer. He founded the company in 1977 and has passionately led it since then, along with his executive management team. Under Donald’s leadership, the company has grown into one of New England’s largest privately-held building services provider.
His reputation for professionalism and hiring the most qualified individuals has led to Janitronics’ success as a premier building services partner for hundreds of companies across New England. According to Donald, an organization’s success depends on its frontline employees, and the company’s comprehensive training program reflects that belief.
He also believes that “when we make promises, we must meet and exceed them.” This philosophy has translated into a positive company environment where everyone strives to exceed client expectations. Donald’s grandfather started a window-washing company in the early 1900s, so the seed of Janitronics Building Services was planted early on in his life. Today, that passion for building services still lives on.
