Erica Alejandra Cullinan is Janitronics’ Director of Training. In her role, she delivers on Janitronics’ commitment to professional development and staff growth. She develops training strategies, which include assessing training needs, monitoring effectiveness, and implementing programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Erica is also responsible for managing the online Learning Management System (LMS), an essential component of Janitronics’ steadfast commitment to providing staff with the tools for success. She plays a key role in the employee experience, including onboarding, recruitment, employee recognition, and communications.

Prior to beginning her career at Janitronics, Erica served the children of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a bilingual social worker. This experience has given her the necessary skills to provide Janitronics’ employees with as much day-to-day support as possible and with training content in both English and Spanish. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Suffolk University.

Erica has been with the company since 2016 and values Janitronics’ investment in its staff. She appreciates the company’s support in her growth and pursuit of professional endeavors.
