Director of Operations
Jonathan Agostino is Janitronics’ Director of Operations, overseeing the company’s relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. His role involves developing client retention strategies, fostering long-term partnerships, and leading a team dedicated to providing outstanding service. Jonathan also collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align business objectives with client needs.
Previously, Jonathan was the Vice President of Operations for Done Right Facilities Services in 2024, where he was responsible for developing business strategies, overseeing budgets, managing crisis responses, and ensuring the company consistently delivered high-quality services. As a company leader, he built strong client relationships, mentored top talent, and pursued opportunities to grow revenue.
Before that position, Jonathan was a Regional Account Manager for BAE Systems, overseeing nine sites across New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He maintained secret clearances and managed an Emergency Services Center (ESC), which directed employee safety of all BAE Systems sites worldwide.
Jonathan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and is currently enrolled in an Applied Generative AI for Digital Transformation class.
