Director of Client Services
As Director of Client Services, Luis M. Nova is responsible for maintaining communications between tenants, clients, and Janitronics. He also handles inspections, ensures buildings are running smoothly, tracks inventory, and handles proposals. When he’s not helping clients or colleagues, he can be found providing IT assistance and handyman support.
Luis has been with Janitronics since 2006 when he began as an Area Manager. He’s worked his way up to his current position. Prior to joining Janitronics, Luis worked for many years as a Maintenance Superintendent at Atlantic Tambone, where he was responsible for maintaining a property consisting of 194 units.
He enjoys working at Janitronics because everyone works together and feels like a big family.
