Luis is a recognized janitorial and building services veteran. He’s been leading Janitronics’ largest teams to meet clients’ needs for longer than most have been in the industry. As Vice President of Operations at Janitronics, Luis Rodriguez performs facility cleaning inspections and communicates results to clients.

Luis convenes staff whenever clients present unplanned requirements to help Janitronics honor its commitment to 100% total satisfaction. He coordinates special projects with area managers, holds ongoing operational meetings with building property managers, and attends facility walkthroughs with property management. He is also involved in building start-ups, coordinating everything from cleaning equipment to staffing for pre and post-construction jobs.

Luis is a key contributor to Janitronics’ success. He knows its full capabilities and how to skillfully deploy staff and services for clients in his area. With over 20 years of expertise and ever-growing responsibilities, he has earned the trust of his teams and Janitronics’s clients.
