Vice President of Client Services
Paul Kelly, MSM, serves as Vice President of Client Services at Janitronics Building Services. He brings over two decades of experience in commercial cleaning and facilities management in Class A office space, higher education, and healthcare industries.
Paul’s career began at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where he worked as a Benefits Specialist and later as a Facilities Systems Analyst. He then worked as Building Services Manager at Bentley University and as Buildings Operations Manager at the Harvard Kennedy School. In 2014, he joined Janitronics Building Services as an Account Manager and has since advanced to Vice President.
Paul earned his Master’s degree in Management (MSM) from Emmanuel College in 2008 and a Bachelor’s in Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2003. In 2023, he further enhanced his expertise by obtaining a certification in Corporate Sustainability from NYU Stern Executive Education. In 2025, he obtained a certification from MIT in Applied Generative AI for Digital Information.
Paul’s extensive management background and commitment to sustainability make him a valuable leader in delivering innovative and efficient building services solutions.
