Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Ray Rizik oversees the daily operations of Janitronics’ Life Sciences Division. Ray supports client partners while ensuring the continued expansion of Janitronics’ network of Area Managers and teams within the life sciences industry.
Ray helps promote a safe and healthy work environment by supporting the Area Managers in all operations, such as establishing recycling programs, window washing, shutdown events, procurement of materials and equipment, construction projects, and many more. With the support of the Janitronics Quality and Compliance and Client Relations teams, he also works directly with clients to develop and review cGMP SOPs to reflect best practices in the life sciences industry.
Ray brings over 17 years of industry experience and has a degree in Business Management. His experience in janitorial management has been spread across diverse sectors, including food services, public schools, higher education, healthcare, laboratory, and GMP environments. Throughout his professional career, he has overseen teams ranging from twenty to one hundred employees and spaces of 280,000 square feet to 1.3 million square feet.
Ray’s impressive background has helped him hone his skills to consistently deliver outstanding results. His track record of success speaks volumes about his commitment to excellence, leadership prowess, and ability to drive success in any endeavor.
