Scott D. Smase has been in New England’s janitorial and building services industry for over 35 years and proudly serves as Janitronics’ Client Relations Director. In his role, Scott oversees service on a departmental level, a job he feels is a “natural fit.” He consistently exceeds client expectations and is committed to instilling total confidence in clients with his strategic and logistical handling of their accounts, projects, and campaigns.
With extensive knowledge of the industry and fifteen years of running his own facilities company, Scott embodies Janitronics’ “client-first” philosophy. He sees his role as managing and protecting client-company relationships by keeping the lines of communication open, attending to client needs personally, and being proactive rather than reactive.
