As Senior Vice President, Tim Cullinan focuses on supporting his team members and colleagues to help them develop professionally, deliver for clients, and feel fulfilled in their contribution to Janitronics.
On any given day, he can be found working on a client challenge, leading the life science division, working on the organization’s training and development programs, or checking in with a colleague. He is a solution-oriented executive who impacts bottom-line financial results by improving operational efficiency, resource management, and top-line financial growth.
Using his vast experience as a building services expert, Tim helps Janitronics deliver on its client satisfaction promise by always bringing his A-game. He truly values the opportunity to positively impact the Janitronics customer experience.
Tim’s operational knowledge and financial acumen, combined with his developing emotional intelligence skills, have been the cornerstone of his success. He started his career with Aramark, specializing in integrated facilities programs in the education market. While there, he held progressively higher roles in operations, finance, and client relations.
Tim has a Bachelor’s Degree in international maritime business from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and a Master’s in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
