Janitronics Building Services hosts a Q2 Employee Appreciation Luncheon

Janitronics Building Services is proud to acknowledge the achievements of its employees. On Wednesday, we held a special Q2 Employee Appreciation Luncheon to honor team members who have gone above and beyond in delivering outstanding cleaning services by exceeding our clients’ expectations. The following Janitronics employees were recognized with certificates, gifts, and an exclusive tour at our corporate headquarters for their outstanding on-site performances:

Elias Galdamez, Lamp Porter, takes responsibility for all his assigned tasks and consistently follows through on everything he’s given. Even when a resolution is not visible, Elias is always able to find a creative answer to any obstacles that may arise throughout his shift.

David Garcia, Lead Porter, is known for being an honest and dedicated cleaner. He is very reliable, as his team can always count on him to complete tasks well in a timely manner. Also, David’s positive attitude and ability to resolve conflicts makes him an incredible employee. He has an easy-going personality and is friendly to everyone he meets.

Chang C. Hwi, GMP Cleaner, has a remarkable attendance record and pays great attention to details. Her adherence to GMP practices is exemplary, consistently meeting the client’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Chang has become a strong leader for her team.

Rui Lima, GMP Cleaner, has only been with Janitronics for less than a year and has been performing at a high level for our valued client partners. He had no prior GMP experience and became a quick learner, becoming one of the most dedicated GMP cleaners. He always makes sure the client and our team are happy.

Pedro Rodriguez, Day Porter, has been with Janitronics for nearly 25 years and has maintained an excellent track record since the beginning of his role. When Pedro comes to the client’s site every morning, he brings a huge smile to his face and is always ready to fulfill his duties for the day.

Fernando Tejeda, Day Porter, is known to be one of the most reliable, punctual, and responsible team members that his manager has ever worked with. He makes everyone around him, clients and team members, feel comfortable and at ease. He gives the clients and management fantastic performance and is always willing to go the extra mile.

Dircen Zumiga, Lead GMP Cleaner, exemplifies strong leadership when his manager is not able to be on site. He consistently arrives on time and is ready to help whenever he is needed. His team trusts him implicitly, knowing they can rely on him every day without any concern.
