Janitronics Building Services Hosts Q3 Employee Appreciation Luncheon
Janitronics Building Services takes pride in celebrating the achievements of its employees. This past Tuesday, we hosted our quarterly special luncheon to honor team members who have exceeded our clients’ expectations by delivering incredible performances. Nominees are hand selected by their supervisor for outstanding performances. We are delighted to recognize the following employees, who received certificates and gifts for their amazing contributions on-site:
Ever Araujo, Foreperson: Ever is a top performer on the team and serves as the second-in-command on the third shift, offering strong leadership during a recent challenging transition period. He steps up to lead when the third shift manager is unavailable and consistently takes charge of special projects at night, ensuring a high standard of excellence in his team’s work.
Amilcar Ayala, Special Services Porter: Amilcar’s adaptability allows him to stay prepared for any situation that arises. He actively seeks out ways to assist others, demonstrating a strong willingness to take on a variety of tasks. This proactive attitude not only enhances her own performance but also contributes positively to the overall team dynamic.
Carmelo Berrios, Cleaner: Carmelo is one of the most experienced members of his team and provides a calm, steady presence at his property. He has a wealth of experience and familiarity with his responsibilities, as well as unwavering commitment to providing premier services to our clients. Carmelo is also always punctual, ready to assist his colleagues, and ensures that his areas are maintained to the highest standards.
Olguens Lorge, Cleaner: According to his supervisor, Olguens is an exceptionally hard worker who is deeply dedicated to his role. He consistently goes above and beyond in his daily responsibilities, ensuring both the client and our team are satisfied. His positive attitude, bright smile, and customer-focused approach have earned him great respect from our tenants.
Roman Maldonado, Day Porter: Roman is highly responsible and dedicated to providing exceptional service to our valued client partners. He is an outstanding employee whom everyone can depend on. He consistently ensures that all tenant staff, visitors, and guests have a safe and positive experience at the building site.
Odillo Portillo, Special Services Porter: Odillo thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. He is always prepared and eager to find additional ways to help, willingly taking on any task. Additionally, he demonstrates excellent customer service skills, whether assisting shoppers in retail or interacting with clients in the office spaces.
Nury Romero, Day Porter: Nury’s supervisor and peers commend her for her meticulous attention to detail, contagious positive attitude and constantly going above and beyond to satisfy the client. Nury’s work ethic and commitment to maintaining high standards are evident in every task she undertakes. She also greets everyone with enthusiasm, creating an inviting atmosphere from the moment she arrives. Her contagious smile and drive for excellence inspire those around her.
