Janitronics Building Services Welcomes Ray Rizik

Janitronics Building Services would like to welcome Ray Rizik, Director of Operations in the Life Sciences Division, to our corporate headquarters in Waltham. Ray has over a decade of janitorial management experience. His expertise of janitorial management spreads across diverse sectors including food services, public schools, higher education, healthcare, laboratory, and GMP environments. Throughout his professional career, Ray has overseen teams ranging from twenty to one hundred employees and spaces of 280,000 square feet to 1.3 million square feet. With a robust history of staff development and managing large building sites, he consistently delivers quality services, achieves client satisfaction, and attains goals.

In his prior role, Ray served as the Senior Site Manager at a GMP facility for 3 years, where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of eighty union employees, six managers, and six crew leaders. Additionally, he managed Critical Care Environment (GMP) and soft services for various sites throughout Massachusetts. Ray conducted quality inspections of facilities, managed key performance indicators (KPIs), and contributed to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to meet client requirements.

As the Director of Operations, he will be overseeing the daily operations of our Life Sciences Division. He will play a pivotal role in supporting our client partners while ensuring the continued expansion of our network of Area Managers and team within the Life Science industry.
