Life Science Training Center A Win-Win for Waltham-Based Janitronics
WALTHAM — David Connolly, President of Janitronics Building Services, recognized the value of investing in the creation of a Life Science Laboratory training center at the company’s Waltham, MA headquarters as a critical resource for workforce development. Initially, the purpose was to enhance the capabilities of their GMP cleaning team by providing them with real-world exposure to cutting-edge clean lab technologies. However, Connolly found that the impact of the new facility extended far beyond workforce development, influencing customer relationships and attracting potential clients.
“We created this space to give our GMP cleaning team the tools and training they need to stay at the forefront of the Life Sciences sector,” Connolly explained. “We also saw an opportunity to showcase our commitment to this growing industry by offering a hands-on look at our capabilities to current and prospective clients.”
