Janitronics Building Services ensures that each cleaning staff member has the knowledge and skills to perform their job function effectively, efficiently, and safely. Each new team member receives the initial policy, technical and safety training to be successful, followed by continued opportunities to enhance their skills. We utilize multiple training platforms including our Learning Management System (LMS), on the job training and expert/cerrtification training as needed.
Erica joined the Janitronics Building Services team in 2016. She led the implementation and on-going management of our Learning Management System (LMS). Due to Erica’s leadership our organization can create training content, educate our staff, track progress and completion, and ensure compliance in the most efficient manner.

During the COVID-19 pandemic a significant level of communications, training and education is required for our organization to navigate safely and effectively. Erica, a member of the COVID-19 Task Force, has also focused on employee engagement and communication through virtual meetings, newsletters, wellness check ins, and team emails.
Prior to beginning her career at Janitronics Erica served the children of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a bilingual social worker. This experience has given her the necessary skills to not only to provide our employees with as much support as possible with day-to-day matters, but also enables us to deliver training content to our employees in both English and Spanish.
