Tim enjoys that on any given day he could be found training our cleaning staff members, assisting a property manager faced with an unpredictable challenge, or playing a critical role in a partner’s construction project. There is no better compliment than earned trust.

In 2004 Tim earned his Bachelor’s Degree in International Maritime Business from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Tim started his career with a Fortune 500 company, specializing in integrated facilities programs in the education market. During this time Tim held upward progressing roles in operations, finance, and client relations.
Tim is a Certified Plant Maintenance Manager earned through the Association of Facilities Engineers (AFE) in October 2015 and received his LEED Green Associate Certification in May 2016. Tim earned his Masters of Business Administration degree in 2017.
